Allison Gilman, Esq., originally from New York, NY has been a resident of Florida for over 25 years. Ms. Gilman received a Bachelors Degree in Criminology from Florida State University in 1989. She then went on and received her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University in Miami , Florida. Ms. Gilman then worked as a Broward County Public Defender in the 17th Judicial Circuit of Broward County for 5 years, successfully handling thousands of cases ranging from Trespassing to Murders.
Since opening her practice in 1995, Ms. Gilman has continued to use her experience and expertise in handling many different types of l cases, providing the Public with complete legal representation. Attorney Ramona L. Tolley raised in Altamonte Springs, Florida where she attended University of Central Florida in 1986. I worked at a law office as a paralegal until 1989 when I relocated to South Florida in 1989 to attend law school at the Nicholas H. Morely Law School at St. Thomas University.
After graduation in 1992, I began practicing criminal defense in Miami-Dade County , Florida , handling traffic matters, misdemeanors and felonies. I practiced in Miami until 1999, when I moved to Broward County and continued to practice criminal defense. I have represented accused citizens in both State and Federal Courts from Key West to West Palm Beach.
I have also handled restoration of civil rights proceedings before Governor Jeb Bush.
